TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

MENDOCINO INDIAN RESERVATION, CA — August 26, 2026 — The Tribal Council of Agency Tribal Nations, through its Head Chief, today adopted Tribal Council Resolution No. ATN-2026-033, effective immediately, FOR THE PEACEFUL RELEASE AND TRANSFER OF CUSTODY OF

Resolution No. ATN-2026-033

SECTION 1. DEMAND FOR IMMEDIATE PEACEFUL RELEASE
The United States of America is hereby formally and urgently called upon to effect the immediate, complete, and peaceful release of Lady Olivia: Mallonee and Lord Devin: Christian James Mallonee from any and all custody, detention, or restraint, no later than 12:10 PM Pacific Time on August 26, 2026.

Background

WHEREAS, Head Chief Lord Devin: Mallonee is the Lawful Guardian and Natural Father of Lord Devin: Christian James Mallonee (his biological son) and the Lawful Guardian of Lady Olivia: Mallonee, holding inherent, sovereign, and natural authority over their care, custody, protection, and familial well-being;
