AFFIDAVIT

1. I, Devin Mallonee, am the duly appointed Chief of the Mendocino Indian Reservation, located in Mendocino California Agency Tribal Nations.

2. As Chief of the Mendocino Indian Reservation, I am the authorized representative and leader of the Tribal Government, with the authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Tribe and its members in all matters pertaining to the governance, administration, members, and welfare of the Reservation.

3. I make this affidavit on my own personal knowledge and belief, and the facts stated herein are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief.

4. I am competent to testify to the matters set forth herein.

5. This affidavit is made for the following purpose(s): to verify my official capacity as Chief for tribal enrollment purposes, and to confirm my authority to execute documents on behalf of the Tribal Nations Mendocino California.
